Who can use this feature?

✔️Payments Users

The payments resellers can invite additional users to the Payments location at the request of the Location Owner.

These invitations allow the Location Owner to provide access to the Payments location to trusted and responsible individuals, such as:

• Location manager

• Lawyer

• Bookkeeper

These individuals you wish to add to the portal will be invited as the Payments users, enabling them to track financial information.

To invite these additional users, you need to contact your Payments reseller and ask them to invite the corresponding emails to the Payments location.

Tip: You can find the contacts of the reseller on the 'Need Help?' page within the Back Office.

You can view other users and some of their details on the Payments portal by using the designated icon. This icon is visible on every page within the portal and is located beside the name of the Payments location.

After clicking on this icon the pop-up with other user's details will appear.
