To gain access to unTill Payments and receive an invitation to the Payments portal where you can manage your account and set up daily payouts, you need to submit a request in your unTill Air Back Office.
In the location settings of your Back Office ('Settings > 'Location' tab), request access to unTill Payments. Check out this article to learn more on how to request unTill Payments in the Back Office.
You reseller will receive this request and will follow up on it by creating unTill Payments account for you. Please wait until your reseller has finished with creating your account. As soon as the account is created, you will receive an invitation to the Payments portal to the email address under which your unTill Air account is registered.
Please check the email inbox of the address that you used when registered in unTill Air. You should receive the following email:
To accept the invitation and get started with unTill Payments, click on the link in this email and log in at payments.untill.com (Payments portal) using your unTill Air login and password.
Note: On the sign-in page, there is no need to create a new account; use your unTill Air account instead. Once you are prompted to enter your login and password, please use the same credentials as for your unTill Air account.
Once inside the Payments portal, navigate to the 'Payments profile' section.
Click 'Update profile settings'.
You will be redirected to the Adyen page (our payment gateway partner), where you can fill out your company's details, bank account details, and information about decision-makers in your company. All this information is necessary to proceed with unTill Payments, which will deliver daily payouts to your bank account.
Once you have completed all the business details, you can sign the user agreement with Adyen. After this is done, your payments profile will be complete, and you can proceed with further steps.

Before connecting your unTill Air Back Office with the unTill Payments account, go to the 'Payment methods' section and request desired payment methods such as Mastercard, Visa, Maestro etc.

Now you're ready to connect your Back Office with unTill Payments! After this, you can link your unTill Payments card terminal or start using Tap to Pay on your device.
On the Payments portal (at payments.untill.com), copy the unTill Payments credentials provided in the payments profile section as shown on the image underneath.
In the Back Office (at air.untill.com), navigate to Settings > unTill Payments tab and check the 'Enable unTill Payments' box. After this, paste the credentials from the Payments portal one by one in the relevant fields in the Back Office.

If you're going to accept payments using just your smartphone or Android tablet thanks to the Tap to Pay feature, simply link your device to unTill Air and upon the first running the POS on your device, you will be able to enable Tap to Pay directly in your POS (unTill Air app). Once enabled, you can accept payments directly in the app and your onboarding for unTill Payments is completed! Congratulations!
To use card terminals for accepting payments, contact your reseller to request Adyen terminals compatible with unTill Payments. Reach out to your reseller via WhatsApp directly from the unTill Air Back Office. Simply click the WhatsApp icon on the top bar — help is just a click away!
