Let's consider how to start working on unTill Payments Portal.

To gain access to the unTill Payments Portal, you need to submit a request.

  1. Request access to the unTill Payments feature.

Your actions to submit a request depend on whether you are using unTill Air or unTill Prime.

In unTill Air, you can submit the required request to access unTill Payments by following these steps:

  • Navigate to 'Settings' > 'unTill Payments'

  • Click 'Request access to unTill Payments'

  1. Open the relevant email inbox.

  2. From the email received, click on the link provided in the invitation.

Note: On the sign-in page, there is no need to create a new account; use your unTill Air account instead. Once you are prompted to enter your login and password, please use the same credentials as your unTill Air account.

  1. Once inside the Portal, navigate to the Payments Profile section.

  2. Click 'Update Profile Settings'.

  • You will be redirected to the Adyen page.

  1. Provide the required information on the Adyen page.

You need to indicate:

  • Company details

  • Decision Makers

  • Payout Information

And then you need to sign the agreements.

Connecting unTill Air Back Office with the Payments Portal

  1. Copy the unTill Payments Credentials provided in the Payments Profile section.

  2. Navigate to Settings > unTill Payments in the Back Office.

  3. Paste the credentials in the relevant fields.

  1. Navigate to Payment Methods.

  2. Click 'Request payment method'.

  3. Select the desired payment methods and submit your request.

  1. Contact your Reseller using the indicated email and phone number to request terminals.
