Retry payout

If the payout amount isn't credited to your designated bank account under certain circumstances, you can initiate a retry payout directly on the payouts page.

To retry payout, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Payouts.

  2. Click on the retry icon beside the status of the payout.

  1. Wait a little and the status will change to 'Requested'.

  2. Then the status will change to whether 'Booked' or 'Refused' depending on the conditions of the payout execution.

If the payout remains unavailable after using retry payout, you can repeat the action after verifying that the information in the Payments profile section is correct and up to date. You have an unlimited quantity of attempts to retry a payout.
