As a Payments user, you are able to request various payment methods, such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and others within the unTill Payments portal.
The payment methods section allows you to:
Enable and disable a variety of payment methods
Monitor previously activated payment methods and view their statuses
You can also deactivate the payment methods requested if needed.
To request payment methods, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Payment methods.
Click 'Request payment method'.
Note: You cannot submit a request for payment methods until your Payments profile has a valid status.
Select a specific payment method you wish to request.
Your request will be sent to the Adyen platform. Adyen is responsible for granting you the requested payment methods.
Wait the response to your request.
Depending on the some requirements and conditions of using, Adyen will either provide you with new payment methods or refuse the request.
Click 'Done'.
Note: If your payment method request has failed, you can try to request it again. The number of attempts is not limited.
