unTill Payments portal

The unTill Payments portal provides functionalities that allow the Payments Users to track and manage their revenues. Payment Users can also monitor the status of their terminals and request new payment methods through the portal.

The Payments portal offers reports in various sections and a dashboard that displays financial information.

Request access to unTill Payments

To access the unTill Payments portal, the Payments User should submit a request. The format of this request varies based on the products the Payments User is using: either unTill Air or unTill Prime.

Within unTill Air Back Office, you can submit the request to access unTill Payments by following these actions:

  • Navigate to Settings > unTill Payments

  • Click 'Request access to unTill Payments'

Payments Location

After requesting access to unTill Payments, the Payments seseller should create a Payments Location and invite the Payments User. Once these steps are completed, the Payments User will be granted access to the unTill Payments portal.

Fees

When the customers at a location pay their bill with a card and the transaction is processed through unTill Payments, the amount is directed to the Adyen platform, where the fees are deducted.

After the deduction of the Processing fee and Acquirer fee, the distinct funds are credited to the Current balance.

Subsequently, Adyen calculates the Payment fee that is charged for providing payment transaction services.

VAT deduction for Dutch Payments Users

If your business is located in the Netherlands, the VAT will be added to your expense account following the deduction of transaction costs. This VAT amount will be deducted from your Current balance.

Payout

After the deduction of fees and crediting the amounts to the respective Current balances, payouts can be executed. A payout transfers money from the Current calance on the Adyen Platform to a personal bank account. Payouts are automated and are scheduled for specific dates and times.

Payouts for Payments Users are made to the bank account on the 4th day after the transactions, usually from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
